The Validating Totem

The Validating Totem became a milestone in AdamKadmon’s growth as an artist. After a long artistic search, which also became AdamKadmon’s signature style—alternating between elements of intense complexity in the work and empty spaces within the piece itself, revealing the smooth wall behind it—the work reached its zenith. This visual dance, between pauses of complexity and refined simplicity, is a direct reference to the fundamental operational workings of Bitcoin, which every 10 minutes can process anywhere from thousands of transactions to an entirely empty block. Inspired by this intensity of mathematical chaos visualised in the mempool, the artist recreates his own version of this operational process through "The Validating Totem" .
